Shipping policy
Effective 16 September 2026.
1. Coverage
We ship throughout Guatemala. We do not ship outside the country.
2. When the order ships
The parcel leaves when we validate your deposit receipt. Until then the order stays pending payment. The shipping cost that applies is recorded on the order when you confirm it.
3. Timing and tracking
Times depend on destination and carrier. Tracking is enabled after we validate payment. Holidays or incomplete data can delay delivery. A gift ships to the list owner’s saved primary address.
4. Your address
Give address, municipality, department, country, and a contact phone. An error can return the parcel. For changes before dispatch, write to [email protected] with the CL code.
